Progress is always our first priority—which is why we’ve embarked on a new barrel-aging experience. We begin by sourcing American oak bourbon barrels. The wooden staves are toasted and charred prior to aging to enhance the wine’s natural aromas and add flavor dimension, imparting distinct bourbon characteristics into our wine. Their staves are saturated with bold, lingering flavors that merge artfully into our varietals as they age. Each wooden stave delicately steeps the wine and creates an elegant fusion of flavor.

Our Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is then added and aged for four months, imparting additional layers of complexity, depth and flavor. The result is a refined, full-bodied Cabernet with bold fruit flavors. Dark cherry, blackberry and plum enrich the palate, providing excellent structure and generous tannins.
The bourbon influences add notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice that lead into a long, smooth finish.
